OASIS is an acronym for Operational Analysis and Systems Improvement Software. This powerful module provides a full-quality assurance and quality improvement system. It integrates with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), Computer Aided Dispatch Systems (CADs), enables custom templates, allows task assignment, and supports peer review for quality control.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Clients can upgrade at anytime. Contracts are typically 1-5 years in length and do not include a termination for convenience option.
Is support Included?
All clients receive 24/7 email support. We also offer a paid service level agreement (SLA) that provides 24/7 priority phone support, uptime guarantees, timed responses to help tickets based on severity, and money back to you if any of the metrics in the SLA are not met each month.
Does Protean offer mobile access?
Yes, Protean’s systems are mobile-friendly, and users can sync their schedules and access modules via mobile devices, ensuring constant connectivity and updates. Our software is built using Bootstrap, which is a mobile-first framework so our entire site changes itself to display properly on your chosen device.
